The Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate is the heart of all maintenance degree programs. The A&P curriculum consists of 16 FAA-approved courses taken over four semesters with a total of 61 credit hours. A student in this program should plan to attend classes an average of 34 hours per week. The curriculum can be completed in 15 months by attending summer sessions (when offered) or, without summer sessions, in 21 months.
