To be admitted to the minor in Environmental Science, the applicant needs either a cumulative GPA of 2.75 for current Lewis students or a composite ACT score of 21 for entering first-year students. Completion of Calculus I is not required to be admitted to the minor.
A grade of “C-” or better must be earned in a prerequisite course in order to advance to the next course in the sequence.
Environmental Science minors may take a Biology class only two times. If a student has not achieved a minimum grade of a “C-” after the second attempt, the student may not repeat the class.
