Paralegal students with an interest in criminal law are encouraged to take the substantive and procedural criminal law courses (CSJS 43000 Elements of Criminal Law and CSJS 44500 Criminal Procedure / Rules of Evidence) as part of their law-related electives.
Paralegal students with an interest in business law are encouraged to take BSAD 25000 Business Law 1.
This degree program is offered in the traditional format. Please note students must take at least nine semester credits or the equivalent of legal specialty courses through synchronous (traditional face-face) instruction. The degree requirements are listed below.
