The Organizational Communication minor for students taking majors in the Justice, Law, and Public Safety Studies department is designed for those students who want to improve their understanding of human nature as it relates to communicating with others. Students will learn to adjust their communication style and strategies relevant to the nature of the communicators. Courses will cover conflict management, problem solving, intercultural influences, and public speaking.
